The race course is approximately 86 NM in length. The race times will be recorded as the race planes crosses the Dogwood midfield runway at approximately 1,700 ft MSL (500 ft above VA42 TPA). I am currently finalizing the details and those interested in getting the race course and rules, please e-mail me and I will send it to you. I should have the final details early next week. I'd like to conduct a 15-minute briefing prior to the race at approximately 10:30 AM and hope to start flagging planes off by 11:00AM. Again, this is an informal race but I'd like to make sure that we conduct this race in a safe and legal manner while having lots of fun with it. Rick 'Grease Lightning' Argente PS Oh yeah, you need a cool race handle to enter the race ...
