The shielding for the Oil temp, OAT, and CAT should NOT be connected to the black wire of the probe. Before you go through the previous steps that I listed, check and make sure the shield is not on J4-2, J4-4, and J4-6. If it is connected remove it and see if your problem goes away. This has recently solved someone else's problem similar to yours. If you look at the oil system wiring 1.3.3 in the manual (REV J and below) there is a note at the bottom that states "NOTE: Connect cable bare shield wire to cable BLK wire at DPU and snip off shield wire excess at sensor end." This note was intended ONLY for the oil pressure and not the oil temp in this block. I have seen were a couple guys thought the note applied to the oil temp transducer. .The Black wire of the temp sensors is not a ground and should not have the shield or anything else connected to it. I have seen that the new REV G manuals clarified this note a little better to prevent the shield from being connected.
