Have used it for 14 years.  The first PC680 lasted 9 years.  Removed it for its age, not failure.  Now on the second PC680 and in to the fifth year with nary a problem with both batteries and the Battery Tender.  Still use the first battery in my shop for misc. duty.  The battery is behind the passenger seat (harder to get to than the gear pump behind the baggage bulkhead).
