Yes the governor is needed, and the de-ice is electric. It came from a Lancair 4p (TSIO550e engine) and has around 400hours on it.

I am interested in the used prop that was offered for sale on the LML but have a few questions:

 

Is the special governor required for the feathering prop included with the prop?

 

Is the equipment that is required to operate the deice feature included with the prop.
