Hi Chris,

Pump label: 636688  8/94   108AA19-CLB-3VT

This morning it was 52º in the hangar and the gear down cycle shut off at 740psi and settled at about 640psi after 3 minutes.
On the up cycle, pump shut off at 1300psi and settled at 1200psi after 3 minutes.
My buddy A&P and I cycled the gear up twice with finger firmly on the hi side relay. The relay was vibrating rapidly, making and breaking contact presumably.
Replaced the relay and the pump now cycles the gear up and down normally. The pump and pressure switches are OK.

I'm curious to see the insides of the relay when I cut it open.

Perhaps Blue Sea solid state relays are the way to go, but in order to buy them,
I'd need a second mortgage on our house.
