I second Jeff’s recommendation on Niagara – good folks and they know their starter adapters. You might ask for a “repair” rather than an overhaul – might save you some money. Overhaul means compliance with all service bulletins – sometimes that means mandatory replacement of a perfectly serviceable part, but with a “repair” that part may be reusable.

Your removal procedure is what is required to get it off the LIVP. I highly recommend Niagara for starter and adapter overhaul.
