Could be= you have more fuel in the wing but some can't get out or a bay could be plu= gged totally and only have air. Either way it's not good. Likely happens fr= om too much Hysol at wing closure. Can you get a scope to check the ports i= nside the wing? Would be good to have access to a fuel bouser to pump fuel i= nto and later pump it back in 5 gallons at a time to re calibrate once you g= et things figured out and ports cleaned out if needed.
