I plan on talking to Lucas at OSH this= year when there about solutions. Ill share what I hear. If anyone else does= please let us know.
Mine hunts And tracks slow. But that ca= n be mostly overcome with changing the settings. But then that is when it st= arts the quick back and forth wingwag. And has trouble with heading changes.= In heading mode the roll command is steeper than nav. Torque is maxed and I= can hear and feel the stepper jumping. How did the upgraded torque servo fit compared to the s= tandard? Close to same dimensions? Or require moving mount?

so you IVs are all on t= he same page.  In the Legacy, the shear screws were
changed from brass to nylon, the arm was redesigned, there was= an amendment
to retain the screw that holds the arm (from backing out). I'm guessing the
IVs have similar issues plus torque.=    I posted in 2012 the roll hunting in

Using a shear fastener that cannot b= e sheared could leave you in a roll or
bank that cannot be recovered from if the actuator locks up.  All the other
c= omponents are hard and virtually unbreakable in the Legacy so that's the
only weak link in the roll control system if the actuator seize= s.  You will
be screwed.  The nylon fasteners I got at Lowes, or trutrak will send some
to you.  Talk t= o Trutrak before using metal screws in those locations.
