You can perfect the spar/rib to skin surface using a = release tape the same as you did with the vert stab. Even then, the two = halves may not line up perfectly at all points. After bonding the halves = together, you will need to use micro to perfect the rounded edges before = you apply BID. BTY, don't expect the rudder skins to be symmetrical, do = make the effort to add an electric rudder trim servo, otherwise you'll = be screwing around with an aftermarket (Rob Murawski) trim tab bonded to = the right skin.
