I= put around 1.75 hours on it at high power full rich to break in the new eng= ine that Barrett Performance folks sent me back a couple of months ago. =20 Thanks to all who gave advice especially about oil coming out of the turbos.= As it turns out, the issue must have been oil drifting around the system d= uring overhaul and seeping out when static and when running at low power for= a short while. Today the engine appeared to be almost bone dry after two f= lights and the belly of the airplane appears to be dry and clean also. I cou= ldn't say that for the engine before I removed it for overhaul. There are still any issues to deal with. But who can complain; it's an airpl= ane once more. John Barrett N31VP Sent from my iPad
