(and clear of t= he seat of government) SUMMER TIME Ideally you want to be on the ground for the day by 2:00PM=2C even better 1= :00PM. there will be buildups almost every afternoon. we had one trip where we started late and there was a storm system that cov= ered the whole width of Florida.
