I would like to second the comments by Steve Colwell regarding buying our parts from Lancair.  I buy as much as I can from them and have found them to be helpful, prompt, and with pricing that is in my ballpark.  I want Lancair to continue to be successful and that means we support them as they have supported us over these many years.  I read with some serious irritation the comments from a couple folks who seem to think that we should always look elsewhere first for our support, that Lancair is trying to rip us off.  Yes, Aircraft Spruce has its place and I get stuff from them, but I think Lancair first. 

 

I replaced my nose gear gas strut a few months ago and ordered it from Lancair.  Yes, it was out of stock and back ordered but I got the part soon enough, it was the correct part and at a good price.

 

My suggestion to the whiners is to get a grip, get on board, sit down and shut up.
