John, why not plumb psi gauge to static ?  Cabin pressure at all times.   Cabin altitude comes from pocket altimeter.   What am I missing?

On all the planes I've flown there is always a cabin Pressure gauge (psig) and over pressure warning annunciation and cabin altimeter.   What do you have?
