I am selling upholstery grade "IZIT Leather" by the yard (also known as faux leather). This is a synthetic leather which is much nicer than vinyl, microfiber, ultrasuede, and is more resistant to UV,moisture, stains than real leather. 
Retail for this material is $75-$112/yard, I am asking $35/yard, It comes on a roll 54" wide so if you order 1 yard it would measure 54" x 3 feet (1yard).
Due to the cost, this material is primarily used in high end marine, ferrari and business jet upholstery. Retail for this material is HIGHER than the cost of leather since its an engineered material with better properties than leather. 
color is "eggshell" which is an off white. stain resistance, mold resistant, uv resistant and waterproof.
