Thanks guys, I appreciate the advice [and I agree with it also]. It's difficult w/ the drive I face to go up there and get much done on a daily basis. I'll get things sorted out here locally and then be able to work on it hands on pretty much daily. For now my work 'on it' involves just getting to the point where it's "here" vs over "there".  I work two jobs, have my own small business and a young family so there's never a shortage of things 'to-do'.

Good advice. I had a five project builder tell me the secret is to touch the project every day. No matter how busy, tired, etc., just clean up around the project for five minutes (you'll walk out an hour later with something accomplished) and the momentum is still going.
