Craig,   try searching the archives.
I believe in the IV-P class, the conclusion was that the new-at-the-time Hartzell scimitar (this was the second scimitar) all metal prop was the fastest.  This was back 10 or more years when Dave Morss started racing the IV-P at Reno.

I don't know if anything has changed since then.  On the IV the model number of the blades is
HC-H3YF-2UF/FC7693DF
