The panel in my Legacy was done by Aerotronics in MT.  Absolutely first class in every way.  Soooo, I would use  Southern Avionics in Mobile Al OR Aerotronics

I can tell your friend of one shop to stay away from in Florida.  I made a package deal with Sarasota Avionics for everything on my panel.  VERY BAD EXPERIENCE from start to finish. 

I have heard a lot of good things about Aerotronics in Billings, MT.  They do a lot of work for experimentals and do custom built panels for customer installation.
