careful with too light of an engine(cg). i remember when i picked a
prop-I was recommended and bought the slightly heavier avia prop due to
cg issues.
If you want a turbine on a ivp why reinvent the wheel? just go with a
walter engine conversion. probably not any more expensive than the
allison and it has been done numerous times. a little more fuel burn
but probably more speed with 750 hp. or sell the ivp and build an
evolution if you have the cash/time. or buy an already built propjet!

Hello guys
I am thinking to replace my engine with an Alison Turbine as the specs
looks so .....promising, but.....am I making myself happy with a 'dead
cat' lol
What do you think of a Lancair 4p with an Allison Turbine engine?
