Ditto here. When my EGT starts hopping, the first thing I look at is the injector. 2 for 2 on that being the reason (don't ask me how little bits of dust/lint made it through the system).
These lead deposits look fairly normal to me, and anyway, how could they possible cause a sudden change in EGT? It'd have to be gradual.
PS -- I imagine turbine blades and burner cans get pretty cruddy too. But by all means, use any rationale to get a turbine, what the hey

I'm certainly no engine expert but that amount of lead deposit an color looks completely normal to my eye. It would be helpful if you could attach some downloaded engine data files of the event(s). I suppose you could have a sticking exhaust valve in that cylinder but I think it's more likely an ignition system or plug problem. Was the compression ok? Who did the borescope?
