Don't forget a fishing pole.   If you happen to need the raft, you might as well enjoy yourself.  :)

I take  a life raft and inflatable  life preservers when space permits. I usually cross in the mid teens (14-17000 ft).  That way if I have to cross a t a lower altitude for some reason I have better peace of mind. At the altitudes you will be at I would feel it is unnecessary baggage.
