What is actually required to do this? I know you need airspeed rate of turn and all that... but do the instruments need to be TSO'd??? or can they be generic ??? VFR I would say NON-TSO'd... IFR I keep getting confused ..I assume you MUST have the static check done, so does that mean the instruments must be TSO'd??? 3) Aerobatics: Can you fly a homebuilt acrobatically??? (aka Lancair Legacy 2000) I know it is limited in G's but All I really want to do are loops, roll, easy stuff. 3b) in above reference to number 3 the FARS say that you can not intentionally exceed 30 degrees of pitch or 60 degrees of bank with out wearing parachutes (unless required for a certificate being sought) Does this apply the same to the experimental category???? Basically, I guess what I am asking is what FAR's defiantly apply to homebuilts aka Lancair and what does not and what is in the Grey area? Thank you for your help in advance a possible future Lancair Legacy Builder-Owner Jeff >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> LML website: http://www.olsusa.com/Users/Mkaye/maillist.html LML Builders' Bookstore: http://www.buildersbooks.com/lancair Please send your photos and drawings to marvkaye@olsusa.com. >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
