If you don't wait long enough after cleaning with methylene chloride you
will experience "fish eye" as the vapor escapes through the pre-preg and
dilutes the wet epoxy.  If you continue you will have the worst case of
bubbles in the layup imaginable (don't ask how I know).  If you are pushing
the time or it is cool in your shop warm up the part with a heat gun just to
be safe.
West Systems epoxy should only be used in non-structural micro fill
applications.  Works good since it will absorb more micro than Jeffco and is
easier to sand.     Steve
