| As I recall, I went to Landings.com and found the aircraft codes I needed (see clip below). Then, I downloaded the search results into a database (XLS or I used mySql online). I compared with the next version to see which records changed for a serial number or if a serial number had been added or removed. If you wish, I can probably generate the first crack at the database of existing records. The entire FAA registry exists here:
and Landings had some files for other countries such as Australia, Canada etc.
