Ed McCualey wants more detail on landing lights;
This will be difficult to verbelise and also it was 5 years ago. The
housing and lamp were attached to a polished allum. plate in the shape of
the wing-tip just behind the lense. The two (now one piece) were attached
to a fiberglass baffle (cut out to accept to bulb and housing) made of 3
bid with 3 nut-plates to secure the lamp-housing-allum plate combo. The
wire came thru the same tube as the other wires and had enough slack to
pull the hole unit out to change the bulb which I yet have had to do. If
