With regard to Vern's support - he has once again gone above and beyond
typical service requirements. I took my nose gear strut down to Redmond a couple
weeks ago to be serviced. But it seemed I timed my dropping off of the strut with
vacation of the fellow who does strut rework.

I called Vern last week looking for a delivery time (I need the strut back on
to finish cowl fit up). Vern went out of his way to ensure the rework was done,
and then he carried it up to Portland on his National Guard weekend trip and made
sure I received it, through Mel Hill.

Once again, Vern comes through. Wonderful service.

Lance, if you are reading these, you've a gem in Vern - it's been a pleasure working
with him over these long, long, long years of building.
