Just wanted to thank those that replied to my request for information
regarding my experience of having a non-respondent constant speed propeller
after overhaul of the propeller and governor. Turns out that I had to run
the engine at 2000 RPM with warm oil and cycle the propeller governor 8 - 10
times which in turn bled the air out of the system and left me with properly
responding propeller system.

After speaking with the propeller shop (Sullivan) I was informed that I was
not the first person to have thought that I had done something wrong on the
installation of the prop and governor or had a malfunctioning unit. Just
wanted to have this reference in the archives should someone else find
themselves in the position I was in.
