From the responses to date, I've got enough ideas to keep me busy for some time. In particular, I want to pass on the information that Vern obviously reads the LML and took the time to call me to get a better understanding of what was going on and to pass on some suggestions as well. Many of you may not know that Vern is a hydro specialist (a Reservist now, I think) so this one got his attention. Reading the past posts, I realize that some of you may have had a problem or two with some of the stuff out of the factory - but we should all hope and pray that folks like Vern are there for a long time. Thanks Vern!! (Will let you know how your suggestion panned out when I get more data). FYI, upon reading my last post re: my current problem, I noticed that it had some odd-ball characters embedded in it. I had written the message in Word 97 and pasted it into my email program (MS Outlook Express) so I guess that's where they came from. Thanks a lot, Bill G.
