During 1993(?), Jim Frantz reported in the LNN that Oildyne managed to do that to his pump. I thought "they'll never do that again". Well, a year later they did it again...to my pump! When they returned to me after a rebuild, which included installation of the backpressure relief circuit, it functioned worse than ever. They told me to return it again and later admitted they had installed the shuttle valve backwards.
