They work great so far but I only = have about 70 hours on them. There is one very huge possible draw back: If you go to the wrong place = they will sand blast the heck out of your pipes and they won't fit = anymore. I had my first set done at jet hot which is an auto outfit. = One day I noticed the plastic covering on my gascolator inlet was = melted; traced it down to a leaky transfer tube joint; bubble tested the = entire system and found that none of the slip joints were any good. = ....so I had to start over. This time I sent it to Olympic Coatings, = the outfit down the street from Performance Engines, in Escondido CA. = No problems. Personally I think it's rough on the pipes to only put exterior coating = on. That holds the heat in which means the pipes have to run hotter. = Some people think it must be bad for your turbo to have interior = coating. I guess I'll know in another few hundred hours. I do have really good cooling for a number of reasons but I think the = exhaust coating is a big part of it. I = like the coating I have (see pic, 5 year, 500+ hours).  The = original builder had it done.   It is cool to touch, does not = discolor beyond exhaust leaks which I can fix (and should).   = Overall, I think it is a good enhancement and the technology is now = mature.
