List mates, I am still looking for a clean no excuse lancair  360 with front hinge canopy and an IO360 with a QUALITY BUILD. Avionics are not that important to me as I will upgrade later on. Interior can need refreshing. Even the paint can be so so as long as the glass is straight with no cracks. Outback tail and gear would be nice, but not a deal killer.  However, I am not interested in stories about the logs being lost, stollen or eaten by the dog.
