Update: Thanks for the calls.  Tire fixed.  Tom Low flew in a tube on Sunday and another fellow on the field, split the wheel, repacked the bearings and sent me on my way with the fix.  Nice people.   The cause of the tube failure was the Lancair plastic no-pinch liner that had a sharp edge where the ends meets and that was where the tube split.   I've removed the liner.
