Hey Colyn,
I have the GRT HX with dual ahrs in my airplane. About 74 hours on the plane. I have had a lot of electrical problems with my airplane. I can't really say that I can blame GRT for them. But up until now i have had to deal with multiple bouts of ahrs and efis failures in flight and the screens going completely blank. I could never duplicate the problem on the ground. I also have the vertical power vp-200. I started losing the primary bus and decided to change the battery contact relay that turned out to be bad. I have had two successful flights now without any ahrs nor efis failures. Amazing that the little $20 part has caused me all of this grief. When everything works, the systems is really
wonderful. Lots of capability and lots of items to help with situational awareness. There is a definite learning curve to learn which button to push and in what sequence etc, to achieve the desired results. Here are some pics for you.

Subject: [LML] GRT pfd's
I know this is mostly a Chelton crowd but is anyone flying a GRT pfd in their lancair?
Do you have an Hx?
Do you use it IFR?
How has the reliability been?
If you are wondering why I am not asking about a G3x or a lot of other options it's because I already have most of the GRT system installed.
thanks,
Colyn
