As I recall from the last century, one feature of Jeppesen plates was =
that changes to the approach were clearly indicated somewhere along the =
bottom. With the monthly Foreflight downloads, you get all the latest =
data but no indication of changes.
So, is there a 'free' government publication which lists the monthly =
changes that are identified on Jepp plates?
