Landing fees were $6 (airport landing fee), $5 security fee, $40 ramp fee (waived with 15 gallons, or in my case, a 5.9 gallon top-off).  I also stayed overnight, unexpectedly, which ran a whopping $10.

Fuel was just under $8/gal, which is about a $3-4 premium over normal, so the 6 gallon top-off could be compared to a $18-24 ramp fee.

Very, very reasonable. They also provided free transportation to/from a nearby hotel, as well as booking the room for me at their established crew rate.  Wonderful service overall.

Lastly, the quality of this video was actually pretty terrible (the audio was fine, though).  I recently changed to a new video editing suite and haven't found a way to tweak the quality of video that is rendered for a youtube upload. That, and there was more vibration through the tripod (it's kinda random based on where the tripod ends up on the cargo shelf on a given day).
