I can recommend Steve Loree in N. CA..  He has been specializing in aircraft welding repairs of certified mounts, landing gear, etc.. for many years.  When he repaired my RV6 engine mount he found some hidden cracks (under the powder coat) and suggested gussets that later showed up on Vans factory parts.  I believe one of his best customers is the CA Cessna Citation service center.  Steve is a nice guy and his facility is first class.
