IIRC, there is a reduced rate for experimentals. I believe it is $35.

The $65 annual tax is about it. No other particular BS.
Can’t recall for sure Jeff, but there may be a tax for pilot registration if you live here. If so it’s well under $100 and goes to help pay for rescue efforts, airport projects and so on. I tried searching my personal records for such an expenditure. If I pay this, I probably run it through my business as most of my flying is for business purposes and my business owns my airplane.

Washington State taxation on airplanes:
I know there's the initial sales or "Use Tax" in Washington State
when an airplane is brought or bought in the State, but is there also
a recurring Property Tax (annually) applied to airplanes?
I know they have an annual "Aircraft Excise Tax" amounting to
$65/year, a form of "licensing."
