Hi folks,

I finally got N360ZR back from the paint shop (KD Aviaition) and am quite
pleased with the results.  Marv was kind enough to upload some pictures on
the LML database and if you would like to see it, try these URL's:

These guys took two months to get it done but I'm not complaining since they
did an excellent job.  FYI,  total cost: $9,400.00 (I know, it was expensive,
but I couldn't have done a better job myself...)    This included a lot of
body work, especially on the gear doors and cowling.  Also, the entire plane
was clearcoated and the shine is quite stunning!  Not perfect, but close
enough.  Want a Grand Champion AC?  IMHO, to get that little bit more
percfection one would probably have to spend twice more time and money.

Anyway, I need some tips and info.  I heard somewhere that using regular
automotive wax is a no-no due so static buildup or something?  Please advice.
What do you guys use to clean the bugs off upon landing?  Which product
should I use for washing and waxing?  Thanks in advance.

PS  Annual time already!  I will write something up on my first annual
inspection as soon as I'm done....
