In your matrix (LancairCostSpec.jpg) you show speed and gph. For these
figures, were all aircraft operated at the same rpm & manifold pressure? Or
percent horsepower?

You ask if it flies as well as it looks. What are you looking at? The Legacy
looks almost the same and yet cruises at 240 kts. Why not a Legacy? The
answer is pretty simple, money. Not only the initial cost but the cost of
operation. I think that, depending on your size, the 235 is a great flying
aircraft.
