Group,

Just a reminder to everyone that the fly-in we spoke about at the Oshkosh LOBO meeting is coming to fruition this coming Saturday (10/3/09). Hopefully the weather will cooperate.  I hope everyone put in a good word with the weatherman on Sunday while they were at church!  <grin>

As I mentioned, Hampton Roads Executive (PVG) is co-sponsoring this event and there should be plenty of things for everyone to enjoy.  The "good" thing about this fly-in is there will be FREE FOOD!  There will be BBQ, fried chicken, potato salad, slaw, baked beans, hushpuppies, lemonade and banana pudding.  If you don't like any of that, the Blue Skies Restaurant on the field has a sandwich menu and they are FREE as well!

I'm attaching a flyer that has been generated for the event.  Everything starts @ 10 AM and winds down around 3 PM.  Lunch will be served from 11:30 AM to 2:00 PM.  There will also be birthday cake as well - Steve Fox will be celebrating his 50th birthday.  Steve is one of the principals of the airport and is a Bonanza owner.

Looking forward to seeing everyone.
