I bought Lord J-7402-1 engine mounts from Lancair in 1998. These mounts are very soft. They are sagging. I put a washer under the bottom mounts in about 2002. This year I changed the front and back half's of the top mounts. That doesn't take much work. It helped a little.

Another low cost option is to swap the upper mounts that have been stretched with the lower ones that have been compressed.  Good to go for another 50,000 miles.

A guy walked up to my 360 this morning and noticed that the bottom of the spinner is rubbing against the bottom cowl.  "you couldn't squeeze a leaf in there," he said.  Clearance from the top cowl is good, though.

Is it just a matter of reseating the bottom cowl?
