Joe,

I have one comment regarding Tim's inspection of our aircraft.  Why doesn't he become a DAR so he can issue our airworthiness certificate?

Living on the east coast causes quite an expense to bring him out here (airline ticket, motel, meals).  I would feel like there was more  "value added" if he, after he did his "very thorough" inspection, was able to issue as airworthiness certificate.
