Hello Tom,
I have a Legacy. I won't use a runway with snow/ice. Don't risk it. Wait for bare pavement. I've operated the tin can crop on snow and ice and the slower landing speeds still seem too fast for the runway conditions. See the postings for IV-P insurance. Please don't add to the statistics.
