 Those with fastbuilds may be interested-

 I pulled the main gear box, tweaked it and reassembled. Then I did the check shown on  19-25  and adjusted the gear positions by sanding the pads, using carbon paper to find the high spots. The legs were initially hitting only on the aft part of the poly bumpers and had to come down a good bit. When I got them set according to the directions one side had good contact but the other was farther forward so it still made only partial contact. Hopefully the darker contact areas will show in the photo. The BID is to build up a pad and gain height so I can sand the pad down for full contact. Plus I can log the cut-off bolt as fabrication...

 Now for a question. Did the 'slow' builders out there aim for the 32-1/2" measurement? To get full contact without the shim I'd have to take both pads down 1/8" and that might lower the axles quite a bit.  -Bill Wade
