He built new cowls for his plane last year. He had the old style intake and replaced it with the new style. He said to me that he felt there was not much difference in performance. I have most of his molds at the moment. It would be a fair bit of work to change it. The 2 4PT's here in perth are getting between 290 to 315 TAS at 25K burning at 660 C so they say.
