The newest version is visually beautiful, but I've discovered a major flaw. I was flying a GPS approach and noticed the GPS courses between fixes were off. It ends up the courses were true north, not magnetic north as depicted on the approach charts. I contacted Microsoft and got some guy in India who wasn't a pilot and didn't understand what I was trying to explain. I pushed the issue up the line and finally got an upper level design guy and he knew what I was talking about. The problem still hasn't been fixed. A Legacy has been available for MS Flight Simulator for several years. You can also purchase packages that add various Garmin GPSs to Flight Simulator.
