Dave: having flown a number of times to Europe in my twin Cessna and
most recently to Africa in a TBM 700 I would suggest hiring a pro to do
the trip in the Legacy unless you have time to research and do the work
yourself. Having just done a cross country of 2000 miles in N357V
with roughly 600 mile legs, I think it is well suited for the trip with
tailwinds but I'd want to study the fuel options closely before making
a decision on stops and possible ferry tanks. This is a great time of
the year to go across eastbound but it could be time consuming. Many
of the pro's already have the gear, charts, flight plans and contacts
so that would be my choice unless you want the experience and have the
time. If you need another reference for the job I can provide one more
good name. Contact me offline if you wish.

We need to get a Legacy to Germany. Any ideas about the best way
to do it. It is complete and flying.
Thanks.
Dave.
