Mostly when I built my 320, I dealt with Lance, Linda, Don Goetz, and Vern. I know a lot has changed since then and consider the company support to be a vital element if I am planning on buying a new kit. I will give you an update on that later. I still need to paint and do an interior but that will be fall/winter, however, I have begun my shopping for my next project. As Paul Poberezny always said, "garages are for airplanes, not cars," I have been thinking of what I want to fill my garage next. Among many ideas is a Lancair Legacy RG. I am wondering if anyone built a 320/360 AND a Legacy and can give me their builder's opinion on costs, improvements on build time, airframe structure, etc., and most of all, would you do it again? Do the Legacy's fly as good as the 320's? I know a lot has changed over the last 13 years since I started my 320 so I'm just looking for some opinions on what you guys did, what you liked and what you would or wouldn't do next time. I also think the Legacy would be a breeze compared to my slow build 320 where I built every rib (and enjoyed every minute of it). It seems most of it is done when you get it. My brothers and I are planning on teaming up for this one. They are pushing for the RV-10A but I am leaning towards the Lancair Legacy.
