I am not sure about TSO’d but I am pretty sure it must have correct labeling for Green, White, Yellow arcs, the Red line, and maybe even the Yellow Triangle.

Just wondering (for another person since the rules don't apply to experimental); when replacing an airspeed indicator in a Certified plane (Mooney, not that it makes any difference) does the indicator have to be TSO'd or can any airspeed indicator be used?
