Aero-news reported this was a collision between an RV-8, which was taxiing, and a Velocity XL-RG, which was landing. Reportedly the Velocity initiated a go-around while landing due to closure on another aircraft, then drifted laterally and its wing struck the taxiing RV-8.  The two RV-8 occupants died on impact.  The pilot and passenger of the Velocity were taken to a hospital where the passenger later died.  This happened at an EAA pancake breakfast.
