I have serial 201 IV-P slow built, A/C, everything steam gauges with radar alt, etc etc etc
so the final weight was close to 2500 lbs. I have been flying it for 5 years, rock solid, CG never been a problem. Tire wear has not been heavy, I have the metal brakes, it does take a long distance to stop but I can put it down in 3000 fts,  I would not worry about unless you exceeed 2700 lbs. I have a friend with the walter minor and I believe his weight is not to be published.
